Drawing architectural inspiration from famed modern artist Piet Mondrian, Solstice is an innovative 6-storey, 160 unit investment condominium development in Guelph's sought after South-End. The fresh design and youthful amenities combine to create a landmark building. Intelligent space planning, high-end finishes and quality concrete construction make up a variety of living and amenity space for users, including common rooms for recreation, study space, and a shared cooking area for outdoor living space. Most suites offer pristine views of acres of protected conservation land.

Four years of environmental monitoring prior to the development of the site resulted in an extensive Environmental Implementation Report (EIR) and shaped the building design to include low impact design features. Over eighteen acres of land (82% of the total site) have been dedicated to the Grand River Conservation Authority and the City of Guelph for future trail connections and permanent protection of the naturalized area.
